I take your point anonymous- coffee is actually not good for you. A recent study found that the longer that your body takes to break down caffeine, the worse effect it will have on your heart. Seeing as caffeine tends to stay in my system for a long time (I feel its effects for a long time afterwards), the effect on my heart can't be all that good...so this is a long way of saying that I take you point to heart...literally!
Hmm. I thought we already established that late night coffees were a bad idea for you!
