In the Chinese restaurant tonight I noticed that there was something unsual on the menu, and I just had to take a photo and show you. Pigeon... really?
Have you ever eaten one? Or wanted to? And don't tell me it tastes like chicken!
Daddy says if they sell pidgeon do they have dog or cat on the menu as well?? I just noticed you don't have a link to the best blogsite aka mine why not??

in fact Pigeon does taste a little like chicken, though a bit more "gamey" - you know -- like other game meat. Quail, Spatchcock etc.
ReplyDeleteDave you need to expand your culinary horizons and go for the Pigeon, all be it a crispy skinned one.
